The reshipment fee is applicable to individuals who have supplied an incorrect or incomplete address.
It's important to be aware that we can only arrange for reshipment once the items have been returned to our warehouse.
We would like to emphasize that we cannot assume responsibility for packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier but are subsequently lost.
