Domestic and International Shipping:

For every order, we adhere to the following standard production timeline:
- Order Processing (1-2 business days): This represents the duration from when your order is placed to the point at which it transitions to our production team for printing.
- Shirt Production (7 - 10 business days): This phase involves our local production team meticulously crafting your shirt, tailored uniquely for you. In certain situations, this phase might experience extended timelines due to supply chain concerns impacting elements such as size, color, or material availability.
- Shipping (3-8 business days): This period accounts for the time from when your order is dispatched for shipping. For international orders, please take into account a shipping timeframe of 8-12 business days.
**Please be advised that all items are individually crafted upon order placement.
**Business days refer to weekdays, specifically Monday through Friday, encompassing the hours between 9 AM and 5 PM EST.

Incorrect Address Entry:
We kindly ask you to note that Cool Junkie, Inc. cannot be held responsible for packages that are mis-delivered or lost due to incorrect address, recipient, or zip code entries. It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide accurate information. If a package is returned to Cool Junkie, Inc. and subsequently delivered back, we will reach out to you regarding reshipment. In cases where the package isn't returned and the address or recipient details are incorrect, the responsibility lies with the buyer to address the matter with the shipping institution.

Returns:
We stand by our policy that all sales are final, given that our items are customized and made to order. As a result, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds once an order has been placed and production has commenced.

Exchanges:
In instances where issues arise due to our error, we are prepared to accommodate returns and exchanges for our made-to-order shirts. This applies to situations such as damaged goods, receiving the wrong item, or incorrect sizing.
However, for exchanges due to the buyer's incorrect size selection, please understand that our business model is based on print-on-demand, and as such, we do not maintain inventory.
Kindly note that exchanges incur a fee of $7 per item. This fee contributes towards covering our printing expenses and restocking costs. It's important to emphasize that all exchanges must involve items of the exact same color and design.
We appreciate your understanding that we can only proceed with the exchange process upon receiving the returned items. Additionally, you are responsible for the cost of shipping. The items should be unworn and in their original packaging.

- Purchase an exchange fee for each item requiring exchange, specifying the desired size.
